Guessing your way forward, which is what most leaders do, is a recipe for failure, but following the lead of someone who has already done it and can show you the way is a necessary step for success. As someone who has seen growth in my own leadership journey, I want to offer the same to you.

My aim is to help leaders experience breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives, so they can reach the next level in their leadership capacity. With 20 + years experience in leadership, I am a certified leadership and growth coach where I have led executive leaders, non-profit leaders, ministry leaders, and business professionals.

I have been trained and assessed through The Townsend Leadership Program with Dr. John Townsend. My wife, Jes, and I reside in Greenville, NC with our two sons (Finn and Gideon).
